Chicken breast
Broccoli florets
Brussels sprouts
Sweet potatoes
Olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme (or other herbs)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare chicken: Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Chop vegetables:
Broccoli into bite-sized florets.
Brussels sprouts halved.
Sweet potatoes diced. - Toss each veggie group in olive oil, salt, and any preferred seasoning.
- Roast:
Place everything on a baking sheet.
Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
Make sure chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) internally. - Serve everything on a plate.
