Kimchi Fried Rice with Fried Egg

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked rice (preferably day-old)
½ cup chopped kimchi
1 tbsp kimchi juice (if available)
1 egg
1 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
1 tsp soy sauce
Optional: chopped onions, garlic, green onions
Instructions:

  1. Fry Egg: In a pan, fry the egg sunny-side-up. Set aside.
  2. Sauté Kimchi: Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped kimchi and optional onions or garlic. Sauté for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Add Rice: Add cooked rice and mix well with kimchi. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes.
  4. Season: Add kimchi juice and soy sauce.
  5. Top With Egg: Serve hot with the fried egg on top.
