680g (1.5 lbs) broccoli florets (about 1 large head)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced πŸ§„
120ml (Β½ cup) grated Parmesan cheese πŸ§€
Salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste
🌿 Sauce: Spinach-Artichoke Mushroom Basil Alfredo Cream Sauce with Mozzarella:

2 tbsp unsalted butter 🧈
8 oz (225g) cremini mushrooms, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced πŸ§„
170g (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
140g (5 oz) fresh spinach, roughly chopped
120ml (Β½ cup) chicken broth
240ml (1 cup) heavy cream
120ml (Β½ cup) grated Parmesan cheese πŸ§€
120ml (Β½ cup) shredded mozzarella cheese πŸ§€
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
Salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare & Grill the Chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
Coat the chicken with the mixture.
Grill or pan-fry until cooked through and golden brown. Slice.
Roast the Broccoli
Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).
